Replaced CPU thermal paste and reinstalled the existing Intel stock cooler. Post-service CPU idle temperatures were observed between 38–51°C. No before-and-after temperature comparison or load-test result is claimed.

Investigated a suspicious WhatsApp ZIP attachment associated with unwanted message sending. Performed Windows restoration and security checks. The customer reported no further issues after one day of reconnecting WhatsApp.

Deep cleaning with CPU repasting is RM110. Standalone CPU repasting is RM40. Laptop deep cleaning and internal PSU disassembly are not included.

Old desktop assets and components can be assessed for collection, reuse or appropriate recycling. Data wiping or destruction must be arranged separately in advance.
